Support agents knew the process and froze on the call. Whatfix Mirror taught the system, MindTickle AI roleplay taught the conversation, and nobody practised both in one place. An audio-only AI roleplay embedded inside Mirror. Meta signed, and Uber and Netflix are in the pipeline.
Agents learned the clicks, but never the call
A support agent has to know two things on day one: where to click in the service console, and what to say to the customer on the other end. Whatfix Mirror taught the first, with a safe copy of the real console. Nothing taught the second inside it. That was left to static docs and sitting next to someone senior.
Mirror was a flight simulator with no other pilot on the radio.
